Procurement Specialist (L.68/99)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office on Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional chosen day

Salary: €32,000–€48,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Develop and implement integrated procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement spend, and monitor supplier pricing and market trends.
• Support internal stakeholders with procurement guidance and ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Maintain and improve the online Contract Management System, keeping contracts current, compliant, and accessible.
• Monitor procurement KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, and contract coverage.
• Improve procurement processes, operational efficiency, service quality, and scalability.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in procurement, legal, or administrative functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and supplier market-awareness skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to contractual clauses, procurement compliance, and approval flows.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written, required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cost management and operational efficiency.
• Experience negotiating media contracts.
• Additional European language skills.
