Finance Manager

Location: Montreal, Quebec, with the role based in Laval. Must be based in Quebec and work on-site at the Laval office at least 3 days per week.

Targeted compensation: CAD $52–$62 per hour, approximately CAD $108,160–$128,960 annually based on a 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting for an approximately $20M business unit.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business and financial reviews to leadership and executives.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide business decisions.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for investments, proposals, and pricing.
• Improve forecast accuracy, budget management, planning processes, reporting tools, and data quality.
• Use Adaptive, Workday, and Office Connect in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Native-level French and English, written and spoken, required.
• Based in Quebec and able to work on-site at the Laval office at least 3 days per week.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance experience, including ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Strong financial acumen, executive-level communication, and the ability to challenge business decisions constructively.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new financial systems quickly.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, FP&A, or another relevant accounting credential.
• Prior team leadership experience.
• Experience with Adaptive, Workday, or Office Connect.
