Senior Analyst, Finance (Real Estate)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: CAD 85,000–105,000, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do

• Analyze quarterly liquidity forecasts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable trends to support cash flow planning.
• Prepare, review, and issue internal chargeback bills using Dynamics 365 and a custom billing tool.
• Post and review journal entries, validate cash receipt applications, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate receivables balances.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, billing reconciliations, aged receivables monitoring, and cost recovery.
• Partner with Technology Service teams on system issues, implementations, enhancements, user acceptance testing, and process transformation.
• Create training materials and identify opportunities for automation, system integration, stronger controls, and improved reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related role, preferably in asset management, financial services, or a complex multi-entity organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365, related financial systems, Power BI, and Excel.
• Comfort working with evolving technology, automation, process change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
