Senior FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives for the Banking and Capital Markets Professional Services business.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, workforce data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range financial planning.
• Reconcile data across planning and reporting systems and validate initiative performance models.
• Translate complex financial information into recommendations and executive-ready presentations while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and GAAP principles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Fintech, or Technology organizations.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Wave, Hyperion, Beeline, or similar enterprise planning and reporting tools.
• Experience with large datasets and advanced reporting or visualization tools.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional certification.
