Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Remote - Texas, United States

Salary: $65,700.00 - $98,600.00 annually

What you will do

• Partner with assigned shared services teams and deliver analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses.
• Manage the monthly close process, including accruals and reclassification entries.
• Perform variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts, annual plans, and prior-year results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build budgets, track spending, and support annual planning.
• Create financial models, reporting, and monthly management review packages with recommendations for action.
• Maintain historical financial records, analyze trends, support process standardization, and answer finance questions from shared services and Corporate teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing accurate and efficient month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and financial modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or financial systems.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools such as Adaptive.
