IAM Service Operations Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

What you will do

• Manage user identities, access provisioning, access governance, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Handle SailPoint IdentityNow incidents, service requests, access issues, and certification activities through a service mailbox.
• Process cloud engineering account requests and custom Azure group package requests.
• Coordinate access certification campaigns, including reviewer engagement, remediation tracking, reporting, and audit evidence collection.
• Raise and manage changes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal support, technical, and business teams.
• Develop or support automation using SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management processes.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow identity governance, provisioning, access management, workflows, reporting, and certification campaigns.
• Experience managing ServiceNow incidents, requests, changes, workflows, service mailboxes, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure access requests, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing workloads according to business impact and SLA requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and independent working skills.

• SC-900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• SailPoint IdentityNow Fundamentals or equivalent training.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
