Principal Technical Program Manager, DGX (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $238,000–$322,000 annually, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own technical program management for IDX Platform initiatives across global touchpoints.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic platform programs and advise core leadership.
• Build program structures, operating rhythms, roadmaps, execution plans, and launch-readiness processes.
• Coordinate product, engineering, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Drive complex technology programs involving AI platforms, architectural trade-offs, and organizational change.
• Apply AI tools, LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows to improve planning, risk synthesis, communication, and decision support.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of program management leadership experience, including 8+ years leading complex technology programs.
• Experience managing programs across multiple business units with differing requirements.
• Strong technical understanding of system design, platform architecture, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication, relationship-building, leadership, and cross-organizational influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in a platform organization.
• Experience with product or customer data integration platforms.
• PMP certification.
