Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site

Salary: $216,750–$255,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional change programs spanning business teams, processes, technology, and external implementation partners.
• Shape program outcomes, scope, workstreams, ownership, decision-making processes, and integrated delivery plans.
• Lead the initial Workday implementation in partnership with the People Tech leader and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate system interactions, integrations, data flows, risks, dependencies, and downstream business impacts.
• Coordinate change adoption through workflow updates, communications, training, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
• Establish durable ownership, measure delivered value, and apply lessons learned to future strategic programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, business transformation, or operations, with experience independently leading complex change from scoping through adoption.
• Technical fluency in system interactions, integrations, and data flows, with the ability to work credibly with technical specialists.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to understand unfamiliar domains, competing priorities, and different teams’ needs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, navigate disagreement, and hold difficult conversations.
• Hands-on ownership, structured execution in ambiguous situations, and adaptability to the needs of each program.
• Experience defining success measures and using evidence to assess whether change delivered its intended value.

• Experience delivering Workday or another substantial enterprise-system implementation.
