Principal Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design, rebuild, and operationalize AI-native field and revenue enablement workflows using frontier AI models, automated agents, and orchestration pipelines.
• Lead enterprise technical programs across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Technology & Systems, and Data Analytics and AI.
• Manage Scrum and Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, standups, retrospectives, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Run portfolio intake and prioritization, converting business demands into measurable multi-quarter delivery roadmaps.
• Optimize quote-to-cash processes, Salesforce CPQ architecture, packaging, pricing models, and automated pricing and contracting rules.
• Coordinate interoperability and operational readiness across CRM, CPQ, billing, LMS, product telemetry, usage metering, and enablement systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, business operations, or revenue systems leadership in high-growth technology, SaaS, or frontier AI environments.
• Proven ability to drive multi-quarter enterprise programs across diverse teams with minimal direction.
• Practical understanding of modern LLM APIs and agentic workflow orchestration.
• Advanced expertise with Salesforce Enterprise CRM/CPQ and data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to query data, derive insights, and validate program return on investment.
• Ability to work from the Menlo Park, California location.
