Implementation Manager - Data Solutions (Healthcare Data)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $91,000–$193,000 per year depending on location, including San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Santa Monica, and other office locations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end launches of pharmacy claims-level and physician-level data integrations from requirements discovery through testing, go-live, and handoff.
• Translate complex claims data sources, structures, matching rules, specifications, and downstream use cases into clear implementation plans.
• Coordinate Product, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Data Security, Client Success, Sales, and external partners.
• Track dependencies, decisions, milestones, risks, and launch status while serving as the central implementation coordinator.
• Triage urgent data issues, coordinate resolution, and balance standardized specifications with custom client requirements.
• Improve implementation processes, documentation, templates, launch artifacts, handoffs, KPIs, and ongoing data optimization.

Requirements

• Strong professional expertise with pharmacy claims-level data, including claims sourcing, adjudication, workflows, affordability, access programs, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience working with physician-level data (PLD).
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, implementation, technical operations, or a similar role.
• Experience leading external-facing technical implementations, data integrations, or client-facing data solutions from requirements through launch.
• Knowledge of data integration protocols, including SFTP and S3, as well as encryption, data transfers, file specifications, and integration testing.
• Strong project management, communication, requirements analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination skills.
