Digital Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Somerville, Massachusetts, United States, with onsite workdays 1–2 times per week. Monday–Friday Eastern Business hours are required.

Salary: $75,275.20–$109,553.60 annually.

What you will do

• Manage digital projects using recognized project management methods.
• Define project goals, objectives, scope, approach, and sponsorship through stakeholder negotiation.
• Develop project work plans and timelines aligned with delivery goals.
• Contribute to capital and operating funding requirements and manage projects within budget.
• Provide project status reports to leadership, user groups, steering committees, and executive hospital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience in information technology positions.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and design principles, procedures, and methods.
• Understanding of data architecture and data management principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing systems and administrative practices in a large-scale enterprise.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing enterprise information management functions.
