Data Onboarding Analyst 2 (Healthcare Data)

Location: Burlington, MA (Boston), United States; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Annual base pay: $56,100–$140,300

What you will do

• Lead client data onboarding and implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate Data Management, Product, Implementation, and Data Acquisition teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope changes, risks, milestones, agendas, and status reports.
• Coordinate inbound data file delivery, vendor implementation tickets, SFTP setup, file review, and issue escalation.
• Facilitate alignment on data structures, file specifications, and operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading projects from planning through execution and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong client communication, relationship-building, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, business processes, and technical concepts.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery environments.
• Must reside in the same country as the job location.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, particularly population health management, value-based care, or medical claims operations.
• Experience analyzing complex data and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Experience supporting or implementing SaaS solutions in client-facing environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills, including Power BI, data transformation, ETL, and data quality analysis.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or another project management or process improvement certification.
