Engineer II - Facilities

What you will do

• Schedule, maintain, and complete preventive maintenance for HVAC units, air compressors, deionized water systems, and other facilities equipment.
• Perform building maintenance and repairs, including painting, electrical work, flooring, ceiling tiles, and lighting.
• Create process documentation, work instructions, and preventive maintenance schedules for the Quality Management System.
• Manage facilities projects, install equipment, and ensure operational readiness.
• Track project status, coordinate supplier meetings, communicate issues, and support the production equipment maintenance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or an equivalent discipline, with 2.5–5 years of experience.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or a facilities/service technician role.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hazardous material identification and handling, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, and preventive maintenance.
• Computer literacy, familiarity with office applications, strong time management, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong service orientation, attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to a safe work environment.
