Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Logan, Utah, USA; relocation provided for the right candidate

What you will do

• Direct the Facilities and Maintenance Department, including personnel, activities, processes, and equipment.
• Manage building systems, preventive maintenance programs, training, materials, and operational readiness.
• Plan facility budgets, schedules, expansions, space allocation, layouts, and long-range facilities requirements.
• Coordinate construction and installation projects, inspect progress, and ensure compliance with local zoning and building requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, leases, vendor approvals, and communication with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate the resolution of major customer technology issues and support interdepartmental communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities and maintenance management.
• Experience in the printed circuit board industry is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Logan, Utah, USA; relocation is provided for the right candidate.
• Must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC procedures. Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
