Recruiting Operations Program Manager (AI)

An AI infrastructure company building mission-critical inference platforms and developer tooling for companies deploying advanced machine-learning models.

What you will do

• Lead recruiting operations programs from problem definition through adoption, managing owners, timelines, stakeholders, and executive buy-in.
• Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby to produce actionable recommendations.
• Own recruiting data hygiene, job setup consistency, dashboards, and reporting.
• Build self-serve tools and documented answers for recurring recruiter and leadership requests.
• Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows for recruiting operations.
• Maintain interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and process-change communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
• Experience running cross-functional projects end to end and securing senior-leader buy-in.
• Ability to pull, analyze, and present data and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Clear, concise writing for executive audiences.
• Strong prioritization skills across long-running programs and day-to-day operational requests.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Ashby experience, especially with reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS.
• Experience building AI workflows or tools with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
