Senior Product Manager, Trading Tools (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD in Zone 1; other compensation zones range from $129,000–$172,000 USD. The role is also eligible for bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Trading Tools and Say.
• Lead engineers, designers, and data scientists in delivering high-quality mobile products.
• Improve charts, watchlists, research tools, portfolio analysis, and the trading ladder for active traders.
• Make shareholder Q&A and proxy voting more accessible and relevant for everyday investors.
• Use data, experimentation, and user research to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Partner with compliance, legal, operations, engineering, design, and leadership on product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer mobile products.
• Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Interest in financial markets and how retail investors trade and manage portfolios.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, product intuition, and user-centric decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a scrappy, can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, brokerage, or investing products.
• Active trader or investor experience using comparable tools.
