Senior Finance Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid position based in Rosemont, Illinois, United States, or another listed company location. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: $119,210–$175,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional leaders, business units, market leaders, and regional presidents to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage P&L performance, profitability initiatives, working capital, costs, and free cash flow.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, cost analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Implement and monitor internal controls while supporting compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Financial Planning and Analysis experience in a large company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytics, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Current full-time U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Commercial real estate or CRE industry experience.
• Experience supporting brokerage talent recruitment and retention.
