Customer Service Support - Order Entry (Days) (PCB Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Review customer purchase orders, fabrication drawings, and specifications.
• Identify quality clauses, deliverable requirements, DPAS ratings, and military specifications.
• Confirm that build specifications and quality documents are current and available.
• Enter order deliverable requirements accurately into established software and ERP systems.
• Resolve issues with Customer Service and Front End Engineering to ensure accurate, timely product releases.
• Coordinate with manufacturing departments to resolve quality issues and meet daily goals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative experience with purchase orders and/or government contracts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle ERP knowledge is helpful.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain high data-entry accuracy and attention to detail under tight schedules.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
