Order Handling Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide customer support, including technical, order, and payment-related assistance.
• Process orders and coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams.
• Support accurate and timely product delivery while monitoring inventory turn and requested on-time delivery targets.
• Implement and maintain customer support processes to improve operational excellence.
• Resolve after-sales customer issues and maintain effective communication using commercial communication tools.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant customer support or manufacturing quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make critical decisions quickly, and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of hirify.global systems, SPINE, SAP, and SOM is an advantage.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global; relocation is not included.
