Corporate & I-Banking Cash Management Strategy - VP

Location: On-site in the NYC office, United States

Salary: $185,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Define and execute strategic growth initiatives for the global Cash Management business, identifying revenue opportunities and expanding capabilities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for multinational corporations and large corporate clients, supporting complex client engagements, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Partner with Product Management on product strategy, investment priorities, pricing, and innovation across cash management solutions.
• Build executive dashboards and strategic insights covering commercial performance, client adoption, and business metrics.
• Analyze trends across payments, liquidity management, virtual accounts, APIs, ISO 20022, instant payments, and digital treasury.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs and coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Banking, and Origination stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 6+ years of cash management product development and/or cash management sales or business development experience at a financial services institution.
• 6+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Expertise in cash management products, including payments, receivables, liquidity management, and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, product governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory knowledge.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CTP or similar treasury certification.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
