Director, Revenue and QTC Process Transformation (Cybersecurity)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; most teams work from the office full time.

Salary: $197,400–$270,900 per year, with potential restricted stock units and bonus.

What you will do

• Assess quote-to-cash and revenue accounting processes, reporting, and system capabilities to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency, automation, standardization, and harmonization across the quote-to-cash domain.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and secure alignment from stakeholders across finance, IT, sales operations, legal, investor relations, and product development.
• Drive continuous improvement of revenue accounting and automated systems, including policy and process requirements.
• Communicate recommendations, risks, and strategic priorities to executive leadership.
• Mentor team members and lead structured problem-solving, research, and analytics on strategic business questions.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree, or equivalent experience; MBA and CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the technology industry, combining global accounting or consulting practice and enterprise technology experience.
• Deep knowledge of revenue operations, revenue accounting, US GAAP, internal controls, ASC 606, and business models including hardware, marketplace, and subscription.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash systems and processes, including data management, contract lifecycle management, deal desk, CPQ, order booking, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, close processes, and reporting.
• Strong expertise in SAP, preferably RAR, BRIM, SD, and S/4HANA, as well as Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and accountability skills in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
