Early Careers - Project Coordinator Senior Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Salary: $22.54–$40.31 per hour

What you will do

• Own assigned components of project work and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experiences.
• Prepare and deliver a final internship presentation covering the project, results, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

• Pursuing a master's degree or higher in business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Available for the full ten-week paid internship.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Access.
