Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple complex medical communications and digital projects.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, resources, schedules, deliverables, documentation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate communication across client-facing, medical, creative, UX, graphic design, animation, software development, and QA teams.
• Develop project briefs, Statements of Work, estimates, budget ranges, and documented assumptions.
• Identify regulatory, technical, and operational risks, create contingency plans, and communicate project impacts.
• Lead retrospectives, implement process improvements, and coach Project Coordinators and junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in digital project management, account management, healthcare, or agency environments.
• Experience managing client-facing digital projects and coordinating multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict-resolution, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience with web and mobile development projects; knowledge of HTML5, iOS, and Android is useful.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Basecamp, or Redmine, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a related certification.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
