Location: Office/site only in Orlando, Florida, United States; assignments may support field projects throughout the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Support EHS programs for power plant maintenance and upgrade projects involving gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
• Provide compliance guidance, conduct daily site safety observations, and manage EHS documentation and reporting.
• Lead safety incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analysis, escalation, and case management.
• Manage site safety programs covering safety meetings, LOTO, PPE, rigging and lifting, scaffolding, confined spaces, hazardous materials, and material handling.
• Conduct orientations, training, pre-job briefings, emergency response activities, and safety meetings.
• Act as liaison with customer leadership, customer EHS personnel, contractors, field crews, and hirify.global leadership.

Requirements

• Office/site-based work is required.
• Experience supporting EHS programs in field service, power plant, industrial, or project environments.
• Ability to identify, escalate, investigate, and report complex hazards, incidents, and near misses.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, state and federal regulations, and applicable customer and company policies.
• Ability to manage two shifts in a split-shift role and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments.
• Ability to build rapport with site personnel, contractors, customers, and project leadership.
