EHS Professional (Manufacturing)

Location: Nampa, Idaho, United States; onsite work supporting manufacturing operations and facility growth.

Salary: $89,400–$134,100 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Manage environmental and safety compliance programs and respond to customer requirements, inquiries, and environmental incidents.
• Support internal audits, compliance inspections, and alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Review environmental and health and safety requirements through the Management of Change process and participate in equipment safety design.
• Investigate incidents, support root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions with site safety committees and cross-functional teams.
• Advise managers and employees while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, construction, and other teams on risk reduction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an environmental health and safety-related field, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of environmental health and safety experience and experience with multiple EHS programs.
• Professional certification such as Associate Safety Professional or Occupational Health and Safety Technician.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
• Satisfactory drug test and background check results are required.

Nice to have

• Environmental health and safety experience in electronics manufacturing.
• ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 internal auditor experience.
