Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections, SAP or Salesforce experience) - México, Remote

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts, monitor ageing and overdue balances, and maintain accurate account statuses.
• Lead collection efforts through regular and follow-up customer communications.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and short payments with sales, service, operations, and customers.
• Request account adjustments, credit memos, and refunds when needed.
• Document account activity and collection actions for audits, reporting, and dispute resolution.
• Support additional accounts receivable functions as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
