Senior Specialist - Finance

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico — hybrid work environment

What you will do

• Govern and execute the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and payment resolution.
• Support business users of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Power BI by translating finance policies into effective workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships, Ariba compliance, and payment-term optimization.
• Use Power BI and Excel to monitor operational metrics, identify process gaps, and recommend automation.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT on projects, agency transitions, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent professional operational experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operational, financial, or business support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of corporate finance policies and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience managing vendors and resolving payment or compliance issues.
• Experience training users, improving processes, and implementing automation.
