Sr Consultant, Human Resources Business Partner - Technology & Operations

Location: Hybrid role in Columbus, Ohio, at One hirify.global Plaza

Salary: $138,000–$243,000 national range; expected starting range of $138,000–$206,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise senior Technology and Operations leaders on HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives covering organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Coach executives and leaders through complex organizational challenges and change initiatives.
• Use workforce data, metrics, and insights to anticipate talent needs, influence decisions, and measure outcomes.
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Build responsible AI fluency and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical workforce and organizational strategies.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of diverse HR experience, including experience in one or more HR technical areas.
• Undergraduate studies in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to advise senior leaders, influence across all levels, coach stakeholders, and lead organizational change.
• Experience with project leadership, talent development, workforce data analysis, and strategic HR planning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, confidentiality, and integrity skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Columbus, Ohio.
