Manager, Procurement – Single Use Technology, Biologics

Location: Hybrid; Titusville, New Jersey, United States; Cork, Ireland; or Zug, Switzerland. On-site at least three days per week, with up to two remote days. Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $102,000–$177,100 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Manage strategic and critical supplier relationships for Single Use Technology materials.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiation strategies, commercial agreements, and value-creation initiatives.
• Execute category strategy, supplier diversification, standardization, and supply resilience programs.
• Identify and mitigate supplier, material availability, capacity, lead-time, quality, and sub-tier risks.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, manufacturing, R&D, technical, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
• Support new product introductions, technology transfers, capacity expansions, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, supplier management, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, supplier performance, or contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sourcing projects and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work across global teams and time zones and operate effectively in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, medical technology, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of bioprocessing, biotherapeutics drug substance operations, or Single Use Technology.
• Experience with supplier performance, supply market analysis, cost modelling, category strategy, or procurement excellence.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP.
• Experience with digital procurement, analytics, supplier-management tools, product launches, technology transfers, or manufacturing network expansion.
