Commercial Claims Unit Manager (Long-Haul Trucking)

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial claims associates.
• Guide the resolution of complex commercial claims and customer inquiries.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and retention.
• Hold the team accountable for results, regulatory compliance, and service quality.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on claims process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 2+ years of commercial auto or trucking claims supervisory experience, or 4+ years of equivalent supervisory experience without a degree.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Insurance Adjuster’s License required, with the ability to obtain and maintain additional licenses as needed.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
