Claim Team Manager - Auto/Fire - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Training requires a higher percentage of in-office time, and flexible shifts, overtime, or irregular hours may be required.

Salary: $80,600–$142,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive pay of up to 24% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead assigned Auto or Fire Claims personnel through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary administration.
• Develop employees and guide the team toward department and company goals.
• Review and control claim investigations, analyses, evaluations, claim payments, and adjustment expenses.
• Provide technical direction on claims settlement procedures, insurance contracts, repairs, property damage, liability, coverage, and damages.
• Implement company programs, policies, practices, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Monitor events affecting customer service and communicate timely updates to team members and peers.

Requirements

• Prior formal or informal leadership experience is required.
• Auto claims operations and/or call center experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; a Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed during the pre-employment background check.
• Successful completion of required training, applicable licensing exams, MVR checks, and background checks is required.
