Field Representative (Insurance Inspections)

Location: Provo, Utah, United States; remote/hybrid arrangement with required on-site property visits and travel between inspection sites.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annualized base pay.

What you will do

• Schedule and conduct on-site commercial property inspections for insurance underwriting, risk assessment, and loss prevention.
• Evaluate business operations, construction materials, fire protection systems, safety measures, and other risk factors.
• Prepare accurate, concise, and customer-focused inspection reports with safety and loss-control recommendations.
• Represent hirify.global and its customers through phone calls, in-person interactions, and written communication.
• Travel between sites, collect measurements and data, and complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, written communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, software, and mobile applications.
• Ability to perform functional math involving square feet, perimeters, and percentages.
• Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, drive for extended periods, work in varied weather and environments, and occasionally use ladders.
• Ability to conduct required on-site inspections and travel to assigned properties in the Provo, Utah area.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance loss control, underwriting, claims, commercial construction, compliance, property inspections, fire safety, or industrial safety.
• Professional designations such as CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, or CPCU.
