What you will do

• Complete an 8–12 month training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Assess coverage and determine claim compensability for personal automobile and property damage claims.
• Investigate losses by gathering information from policyholders and claimants.
• Resolve claims through accurate and timely payments while communicating claim status to all parties.
• Maintain accurate claim records and adapt to new systems, AI tools, and digital technology rollouts.
• Obtain and maintain required insurance adjuster licenses within three months of starting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and previous customer service or insurance experience are preferred qualifications.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus willingness to learn claims management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic conflict resolution skills and openness to continuous learning.
