Senior Product Manager, Automations Platform (AI)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must be based in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, or Boston

Annual base salary: $145,900–$197,400, with a midpoint of $171,600.

What you will do

• Own the automation platform, including authoring, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement models.
• Enable product teams to build and ship automations quickly without becoming AI specialists.
• Select, build, launch, and improve high-impact automations for home service providers.
• Develop an Evals platform that measures and raises automation quality over time.
• Partner with the AI Foundations engineering team on requirements for agent infrastructure.
• Define metrics for build cost, delivery speed, engagement, and automation library growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping AI products and delivering long-term outcomes.
• Experience building an AI platform that achieved genuine adoption through advocacy, tooling, and documentation.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed or ML-backed products and understanding how they fail.
• Ability to make contested technical decisions and drive their adoption.
• Comfort with unit economics and evaluating the cost of building automations.
• Ability to understand home service businesses and repeated operational work.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, or AI evaluation and observability systems.
• Experience with workflow automation or no-code and low-code builder products.
• Experience in home services, field service, or SMB software.
