Senior Product Manager, Teammate Growth (AI)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates based in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, or Boston

Annual base salary: $145,900–$197,400, with a midpoint of $171,600.

What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of home service businesses and the factors that change how they work.
• Own Teammate’s growth model across discovery, onboarding, first value, habit, and advocacy.
• Drive new customer acquisition and conversion of existing customers into AI-native users.
• Build and iterate AI onboarding and activation experiences with real customers.
• Define metrics for measuring whether Teammate changes how service providers run their businesses.
• Build evidence of Teammate’s value and a path to monetization in partnership with Growth, Product Marketing, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI products and following them through to long-term outcomes.
• Experience owning an AI adoption curve from acquisition through activation and retention.
• Track record of moving AI products from early-adopter usage to mainstream adoption within an existing customer base.
• Ability to design product experiences around non-deterministic behavior and an imperfectly controllable first impression.
• Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in home services, field service, or SMB software.
• Background in product-led growth across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
