Licensed Therapist (Digital Mental Health)

Salary: $40–$45 per hour

hirify.global provides accessible digital mental health services for young people, including Soluna, a behavioral health platform for users aged 13–25.

What you will do

• Deliver platform-based therapy, wellness coaching, prevention, psychoeducation, and behavioral health interventions.
• Conduct mental health and wellness screening, assessments, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Develop individualized care plans and help users identify barriers and achieve measurable wellness goals.
• Coordinate care, manage cases, facilitate referrals, and collaborate with healthcare professionals on safeguarding concerns.
• Review and moderate user-generated content according to ethical, legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits, supervision, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active New Jersey or Michigan license to practice therapy, in good standing; additional licensure may be required after hire.
• Experience providing mental health therapy, preferably in a digital or online setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal requirements related to therapy.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
