Mental Health Therapist (Tennessee)

Location: Remote in the U.S.; providers must have office space and be able to see clients in the Tennessee area. In-person care delivery is strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe cases.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises when needed.
• Use evidence-based treatments, measurement-based care, and skills practice in clinical work.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s clinical consultation and 24/7 Care Navigation teams for client support.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT, and applying clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide care for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to maintain office space for client sessions in the Tennessee area.
