Mental Health Therapist (Tennessee)

Location: Remote within the U.S.; providers must have office space in Tennessee and are strongly preferred to provide in-person care. Target locations include Knoxville, Union City, Paris, Nashville, Lebanon, Johnson City, and Chattanooga.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe conditions.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises when needed.
• Deliver care remotely and, preferably, in person through a private or group practice.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted independent license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have office space in Tennessee.
