Mental Health Therapist (Colorado)

Location: Remote in the U.S.; must have office space and be able to see clients in Colorado. In-person care is strongly preferred. Clients may be located in Grand Junction, Sterling, Steamboat Springs, Salida, Lamar, or Fort Morgan.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Deliver care remotely and, preferably, in person through a private or group practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises as needed.
• Use Lyra tools for scheduling, billing, consultations, and client support.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted independent license, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience with clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Office space in the Colorado area and authorization to work in the U.S.
