Salary: $114,960–$172,440 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance across civil engineering projects and develop practical design solutions.
• Lead project scope development, assess scope changes, and evaluate impacts on timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate civil, structural, and other technical disciplines with client teams.
• Review designs and engineering documentation for quality, code compliance, standards, and constructibility.
• Manage staffing plans, budgets, schedules, project administration, and deliverables; apply a PE license to stamp required documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, or an acceptable qualification for professional engineer licensure.
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects, including budgets, schedules, and staff.
• Strong civil and structural engineering expertise, analytical ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with current engineering codes, regulations, standards, and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
