What you will do

• Prepare and edit boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking survey drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process field data and maintain quality control standards for survey deliverables.
• Prepare and submit preliminary and final subdivision plats, re-plats, and amendments.
• Coordinate platting activities with local agencies and municipalities.
• Track approvals and respond to review comments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Experience with survey drafting and subdivision platting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for survey drawing preparation and editing.
• Strong understanding of subdivision processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
