What you will do

• Prepare and edit survey drawings including boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process field data and maintain strict quality control standards for all survey deliverables.
• Manage the preparation and submittal of preliminary and final plats, re-plats, and amendments.
• Coordinate with local agencies and municipalities to track approvals and respond to review comments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support broader land development efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in survey drafting and platting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of subdivision processes and platting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be located in or able to work in Houston, TX.
