Senior Project Manager - Construction (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Act as a visible onsite leader and manage project team members.
• Identify, report, and resolve issues related to progress, quality, and safety with clients, contractors, and the wider project team.
• Implement and monitor project processes, working with clients to improve them.
• Lead project meetings covering contractor progress, risks, change, schedules, and other key elements.
• Monitor project professional teams, contractors, and vendors; provide detailed reporting and support building contract administration.

Requirements

• Experience delivering or managing construction projects for industrial or commercial buildings, including shell and core and fit-out work.
• Experience managing a data centre project.
• Qualification in a construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of one.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site in London, England, UK.
