What you will do

• Develop business cases, ROI models, resourced project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for enterprise systems and IT change projects.
• Establish portfolio governance, including RAID logs, decision logs, requirements traceability, steering cadences, approval routes, and consistent status reporting.
• Support vendor evaluation, requirements definition, procurement inputs, and third-party delivery for system selection projects.
• Transition prepared projects into execution and manage delivery against scope, plan, budget, risks, issues, and expected benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, senior sponsors, IT, Finance, Procurement, and affected business stakeholders.
• Manage benefits realisation, business-as-usual handover, and post-implementation reviews while maintaining reusable project frameworks and templates.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering business and IT change and systems projects end to end, from business case through go-live.
• Strong business case, ROI, cost, and benefit modelling skills.
• Fluency in project planning, RAID management, governance, stakeholder management, and status reporting.
• Experience with vendor selection and third-party delivery partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including credible reporting to senior leadership.
• Recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or an Agile/Scrum equivalent.
