Phlebotomist

Location: Client office in Tucson, Arizona, United States. Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, plus one Saturday per month from 6:00 am–11:00 am; additional days and hours may be required.

What you will do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain accurate patient and specimen logs.
• Enter patient information, process billing details, and collect payments when required.
• Provide customer service and complete administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
• Two or more years of phlebotomy experience.
