Location: Miami Gardens, Florida; onsite role with daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and up to 20% travel.

What you will do

• Perform venipunctures, plasma collection, donor disconnection, and biohazard waste disposal.
• Prepare equipment and disposable supplies, label units and samples, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donor conditions, respond to machine alarms and adverse events, and maintain donor comfort and safety.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control checks.
• Maintain machine logs and accurate documentation while reporting unsafe conditions and supporting training efficiency.
• Follow FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP, state, federal, and internal SOP requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months of experience in a medical or healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• Completed duty-specific training before working independently.
• Any certification or license required by applicable state regulations.
• Ability to perform venipuncture, follow written and verbal protocols, use basic computer systems, and produce accurate documentation.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 35 pounds; work around bloodborne pathogens and use required PPE.
