What you will do

• Manage end-to-end workflow for the GSS team, including job intake, task allocation, timelines, and delivery tracking.
• Set daily priorities for the creative team and support brief triage and resource routing.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of GSS and TCF team capabilities and capacity to improve resourcing decisions.
• Track CSAT responses and delivery quality trends, sharing insights with account leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Manage OMG compliance and oversee final asset uploads to Bynder according to quality and naming standards.
• Improve processes, reduce turnaround times, communicate risks, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, traffic management, or studio operations in a creative, production, or marketing environment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail when managing multiple concurrent jobs.
• Confident communication skills for briefing teams, managing expectations, and escalating issues.
• Knowledge of creative production workflows and digital asset management platforms; Bynder experience is advantageous.
• Experience tracking client satisfaction or delivery quality metrics and familiarity with OMG compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools, personal AI workflows, and critical evaluation of AI outputs using human judgement.
