Product Lead (AI)

Location: US Remote; role is intended for US-based candidates

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 annually, plus potential equity

What you will do

• Own the platform spanning memberships, subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, and monetization.
• Build enablement tooling and configuration surfaces for safe, fast product launches across categories.
• Define ownership, estimates, sequencing, and reusable capabilities for cross-category platform needs.
• Set the balance between reusable platform investments and category-specific delivery.
• Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the platform core.
• Work with clinical, finance, and compliance teams to embed safety, revenue integrity, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning platform, systems, or infrastructure products used by other teams.
• Experience building platforms that improve the speed at which teams ship.
• Ability to secure ownership, estimation, and scheduling without direct organizational authority.
• Strategic and tactical experience designing scalable systems and processes from scratch.
• AI-native operating approach with practical experience using agents and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, or monetization.
• Consumer product experience, especially in health, wellness, or category-defining products.
• Experience working in an operations-intensive environment.
