Principal Product Manager (Email)

Location: Remote in the United States; not eligible for hiring in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Occasional travel may be required for project, customer, partner, or team meetings.

Salary: $171,120–$251,600 annually, depending on eligible location. Equity and a corporate bonus plan may also be available.

What you will do

• Own and lead the strategic direction for email data plane integrations and related communication products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on email, cross-channel integrations, and partner integrations.
• Develop and lead a multi-year product roadmap from concept through launch and ongoing product maturity.
• Evaluate opportunities, priorities, timing, financial impact, and return on investment.
• Lead product requirements, program milestones, launch planning, and migration from legacy products and APIs to modernized versions.
• Partner with engineering, go-to-market stakeholders, external partners, and adjacent product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in the email domain.
• Expertise in communication products with a proven record of delivering outcomes and shaping strategy.
• Experience translating customer needs into impactful product decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise organizations, sales cycles, and organizational dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services cloud services; Microsoft Azure knowledge is strongly desired.
• Experience with APIs or platform products, including reliability, scalability, and developer usability, plus the ability to collaborate and mentor in remote global teams.
