Product Manager for GreenLake - Networking

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office in the United States

Salary: USD 120,500–243,000 annual base salary in California; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Drive execution of networking and platform features for the HPE GreenLake hybrid cloud platform.
• Collaborate with UX design, software engineering, solution architecture, and quality assurance teams across Agile sprints.
• Conduct discovery sessions with field sales, channel partners, and enterprise customers to identify operational pain points.
• Analyze telemetry, usage data, and adoption analytics to measure feature performance and guide roadmap priorities.
• Translate customer feedback and strategic requirements into user stories, engineering tickets, product specifications, and release criteria.
• Create technical documentation, sales enablement materials, and demos for customer events and conferences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical marketing engineering, solutions architecture, or systems engineering.
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, public cloud concepts, and compute, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development, Jira backlogs, and functional product specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex architecture to technical and customer-facing audiences.
• Ability to work from an HPE office an average of two days per week in the hybrid arrangement.
