Brand Manager - Industry Thought Leadership (SaaS)

Location: Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Plan and implement integrated thought leadership campaigns focused on awareness and adoption.
• Coordinate creative direction, content, events, public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and digital channel activation.
• Analyze campaign and program impact and share insights with stakeholders.
• Evolve positioning and messaging using market dynamics, industry trends, audience insights, data, and qualitative feedback.
• Maintain messaging, editorial guidance, and supporting assets while ensuring consistent brand voice across channels.
• Activate contributor and industry expert cohorts and manage day-to-day relationships.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in brand management or brand strategy.
• Experience in an advertising or branding agency, consulting firm, or client-side environment, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Prior people management experience, including coaching and performance development.
• Experience leading thought leadership programs and multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong writing, storytelling, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
